Lauren Davis is a first year student in the EmP Lab. Her research interests include understanding the mechanisms driving the onset and maintenance of restrictive eating, particularly through the study of emotion dysregulation. Additionally, she is interested in exploring the factors underlying eating pathology in sexual minority populations. Before coming to Rutgers, Lauren earned her B.S. in Child Development at Vanderbilt University and worked as a clinical research coordinator for the Columbia Center for Eating Disorders at the New York State Psychiatric Institute.
